A DAY IN CBT...

Compulsary Basic Training (CBT) will begin with an eye sight test for which you are required to read a number plate at a distance of 20.5 metres. You must past this in order to carry on and complete your CBT.

Before we start any bike work we will take you through the safety factors of driving and introduce you to the appropriate clothing needed for safe riding. We will look at a range of products such as helmets, boots, trousers, gloves and waterproofs, and identify safe and not so safe styles.
